This course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to help someone in an emergency

DESCRIPTION

Over 4 hours, learners will be taught how to provide initial aid to someone in a life-threatening condition until qualified help arrives.

TEACHING & LEARNING

Learners will be taught through a combination of tutor demonstration and scenario practice. The tutor will provide constant support, guidance and feedback throughout the course.

ASSESSMENT

LEARNERS WILL COMPLETE:

• 3 scenario-based practical assessments of  specific skills.
• This course has a Pass/Fail mark.

LEARNERS WILL COVER

Over 4 hours, learners will be taught how to provide initial aid to someone in a life-threatening condition until qualified help arrives.
