work both on the front-line, with children and families and to support us in administrative roles

24/7 Support
Our leaders are committed to supporting and developing colleagues. All staff have access to a senior manager 24 hours a day and have routine meetings with a manager regularly.
Flexibility
As a volunteer, you choose when and how to support the charity. You set your own agenda against agreed outcomes. You have the option to work from home or our office in Strood.
